CORE USA green building professionals and affiliate companies provide clients with assessments of existing building conditions and/or existing plans and specifications. We also offer recommendations for new construction, renovation, and retrofits as well as project management during construction. Finally, we can act as third party review and verification of completed work.

CORE USA professionals’ and affiliates’ certifications include but are not limited to BPI, LEED, RESNET, NABCEP, EnergyStar, NOLA WISE, HERO, and EnergySMART. Our professionals and affiliates are capable of diagnosing critical performance factors in buildings that impact comfort, health, safety, durability and resource conservation and efficiency. Additionally, CORE USA connects homeowners and contractors to Federal, State, and Local energy conservation incentives in an effort to create access to moderate, low, and no income families.

CORE USA serves as an Affiliate training facility and testing center for the Building Performance Institute and offers many classes ranging from advanced building science to entry level environmental literacy. We currently have a partnership with Global Green, Louisiana Green Corps, and Limitless Vistas to offer both classroom and on the job training to the youth of New Orleans. It is our goal to provide all available green training.
